Charlie Health’s virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides short-term, intensive mental health support for individuals aged 11-50. Designed to run an average of 9-12 weeks, our program helps individuals build skills and achieve lasting progress during critical times of need.
We specialize in tailored group therapy, matching clients based on age, primary mental health condition, evidence-based treatment modalities, and lived experiences, ensuring a supportive and targeted environment. Additionally, our program includes individual and family therapy, as well as medication management, for a comprehensive approach to care.
To make mental health treatment accessible, we offer flexible scheduling Monday through Saturday, allowing individuals to participate while managing work, school, or other commitments. Our fully virtual model also removes traditional barriers like transportation, making it easier than ever to access high-quality care.
Charlie Health is in-network with most Maryland commercial insurance plans, Medicaid, and Tricare, ensuring our services are available to as many individuals as possible.
