Immunization Services
- Routine adult and childhood immunizations by appointment
- Tuberculin skin testing available by appointment

- Participates in the Maryland Vaccine for Children Program which provides services at a free or discounted price

Reproductive Health Services
- Physical Exams, Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Screenings, Lab Tests, Various Birth Control

- All insurance companies are billed prior to a fee being assessed
- Birth Control Methods include: pills, shot, ring, patch, Intrauterine Devices/IUDs (Mirena, Skyla and Paragard), rod (Nexplanon), and Condoms (male and female)
- Emergency Contraception also known as Plan B is available on a walk-in basis
- Colposcopy services are available by appointment to follow up abnormal pap results
- Pregnancy testing is available on a walk-in basis
- Confidential services
- STI treatment on a walk in basis, free to people under 19

- Planning and training to respond to public health disasters
Communicable Disease
- Surveillance, reporting, and follow-up of reportable diseases and outbreak investigations
Cancer Prevention, Education, Screening and Treatment (CPEST)
- A screening program for the early detection of Skin and Colorectal Cancers
- May pay for colonoscopy and limited diagnostic testing for Skin (if client meets eligibility guidelines)
- Serves uninsured and underinsured (if you have a deductible) Garrett County residents
- Funding available to pay for diagnosis and treatment of Prostate Cancer (not screening)
Medbank Program of Garrett County
- Available to qualified/eligible individuals within Garrett County (Individual must be uninsured/underinsured and meet income/asset guidelines)
- Helps find access to low-cost or free medications through various Pharmaceutical Companies
- Referrals can be made by any individual or Agency
- Individuals must be willing to provide the following proofs to determine eligibility: Social Security Numbers, Income Verification, Medications and Dosages, Denial Letters from Medicaid (if applicable), Insurance Information
Maryland Cancer Treatment Program
- Resource for funding cancer prevention, screening, treatment and research in Maryland
- Grant for low-income Maryland residents for cancer diagnoses and treatment
- Funding source for the Maryland Cancer Fund comes from donations of Maryland residents through state tax forms and other contributions to the program
