Provides support to adults with disabilities to live and work independently in their own communities. Services are tailored to support each person to live, work, socialize, and to encourage the highest level of participation of each person in their community. They are based on three key area supports: Community Development, Personal Supports, and Employment Supports. We do not operate from a physical building which allows us to offer flexible hours that are customized to each person.
