Frostburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing facility for long-term care and short-term rehabilitation. We will work with you to evaluate the level of care that is necessary to improve your loved one’s quality of life. We offer a variety of services to give our clients the specific care they need, including:

Comprehensive Care
Appetizing, nutritious meals; planned social and recreational activities; and spiritual services reflect the Center’s philosophy to care for the whole person–body, mind, and spirit. The accommodations accentuate comfort and quality with tastefully designed, spacious resident rooms. Both private and semiprivate resident rooms are available.
Attractive lounges provide a homey setting to visit with friends and family. And our Haven Unit is designed to meet the special needs of our residents who have Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.
The therapy staff, consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists and Speech Therapists, provides your loved one with an individualized rehabilitation plan of care to help them attain their maximum physical potential.
Our staff is committed to providing the best care possible, always with concern for maintaining each resident’s dignity and individuality. They work hard to make the residents feel at home and to develop close relationships with the residents and their families. They offer both skilled and intermediate nursing care that meets not only the physical, but also the emotional and spiritual needs of the residents.
