Maryland Access Point is a “one-stop” information service that provides individuals with a single point-of-entry to accessing resources that promote lifelong independence. Information can be provided regarding resources upon request. Referrals can be made to other agencies as needed. We serve seniors and individuals with disabilities and mental illness, regardless of income level, who need assistance learning about and connecting to long-term and short-term care services.
Maryland Access Point also serves as a resource for family members and caregivers seeking information and assistance regarding available resources.
In order to access assistance you can call the MAP Coordinator at 301-533-9000 to schedule an appointment in your home, at the office, or by phone.
