Data was obtained to determine if the goal was being accomplished.

STUDY

Describe the measured results, and how they compared to the predictions:

The results indicated that every other month the goal would be achieved. The months when the goal was not achieved would be made up for the next month when the goal was achieved. The prediction of inspections being conducted more frequently did not occur. Although the data indicates that the work and overall goal is still being accomplished. The number of food service inspections completed per month varies due to other tasks that may need to be completed, i.e. perc tests, water sampling, septic installation inspections.

Describe what modifications in the plan will be made for the next cycle from what you learned:

The scheduled inspections, which vary upon priority rating, need to be restructured. 41 total inspections should be conducted each month. Currently, those planned inspections per month range from 47/month to 32/month.
