We need to work on finding a facility for the homeless and then figure out the federal grants from there. which Im under the impression community Action is working on the start up grants for a homeless shelter. Thanks for your input, Andy! Homelessness is a complex issue that we certainly need to view from a variety of perspectives and that is one of the purposes of this tool. The other is collecting data.
