A facility Needs to be found first. We as garrett county need to stop sending our homeless out of county since we cant afford to put them…[Read more]

Thanks for your input, Andy! Homelessness is a complex issue that we certainly need to view from a variety of perspectives and that is one of the purposes of this tool. The other is collecting data.
