The measure is defined this way:

This workgroup has been expansive in ways to address many issues relating to adolescent wellness! I appreciate you sharing this background from the meeting. Adolescent Well Child Checks 5 years, 10 months agoBecky Aiken shared sample health related documents from Power School, the software used within GC Public Schools. I am uploading them so that we can become familiar with the kinds of health related data they are collecting, and to brainstorm other data points we would value if collected.
