Hello! The HSCRC diabetes measures workgroup has met twice since I asked for feedback. The discussions have been comprehensive with thoughtful in-depth points made from people of various backgrounds. Shout out to Mitzi and Victoria from the Diabetes program at GRMC who let us know that they are actively holding classes (evidence- based lifestyle change programs) various target populations and what they need most are physician referrals!
