GRMC is sponsoring the Superheroes 5K on Saturday, September 8th. Proceeds will go to Cindy’s Fund to support individuals and families fighting cancer.

After the historical walk in Oakland as mentioned in the Walk2Connect flyer, there will be a free training for anyone who is interested in learning about being a walking leader and forming a walking group in their community or work place.

Upcoming walks in Garrett County hosted by Walk2Connect and the Health Department. The walks are for all ages and all fitness levels. A one mile walk will be held at the WISP to learn about all the activities WISP has to offer in all seasons.
