Infusing Mutual Partnerships Across Culture and Technology (IMPACT)
County Health Rankings & Roadmaps (CHR&R) and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Culture of Health Prize (Prize) programs offered Community Collaborative Learning Funds as an opportunity for communities to connect with and learn from each other as they work to build a Culture of Health. The Community Collaborative Learning Funds are managed by Healthy Places by Design and have been awarded to the Population Health, Innovation & Informatics unit of the Garrett County Health Department and IDEAS xLab from Louisville, KY. Additional, collaborative learning partnership members include University of Louisville Center for Creative Placehealing and the Garrett County Arts Council.

So my group was not able to do our event before the Oct 1st deadline (was last one I knew about). What are our options as of now. Thanks for any information u can give
Hi Shannon. As we continue to connect safely, many of the programs are simply on hold. Some have found ways to complete the projects, but most are waiting. Safety is our top priority, and we have confidence in each of the unique impact project teams to proceed when it is safe to do so. More specific information will be forthcoming from our…[Read more]
Thanks for getting back to me. We will just stay on hold until we hear from all of you.

Nothing new with SGHS Youth in Action Peaceful Painting. I am hoping we can do a social distancing paint night. If not maybe we can do a virtual paint night. That would mean that we would have to buy extra supplies that would have been shared together. Not sure how this will work with our budget. (paint brushes, paint) I will give a update as soon…[Read more]
