Goal:
The funding is intended to support collaboration across two or more communities. This collaboration leverages the replicability of Garrett County's Planning Tool while supporting Kentucky's efforts to impact obesity at a population level and utilizes Louisville's expertise to lead culturally-responsive arts-based activities in Garrett County.
Strategy Description:
*Design, build, implement, and launch the UCPT in Louisville, KY
*Arts-based activities including poetry workshops with a focus on health, equity, and culturally-responsive processes (both sites)
*Community-focused events at the intersection of arts/culture/health
*Domain expertise to this collaboration will be supported through in-person and virtual training
