The Garrett County Community Partnership Agreement is developed through the Garrett County Local Management Board (GCLMB). Grant funding for Local Management Boards comes from the Children’s Cabinet Interagency Fund and is administered by the Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services on behalf of the Children’s Cabinet.
