We’re getting ready to kick-off the next round of Community Health Assessment processes, and we are amazed at how far Garrett County has come since the last Community Health Assessment in 2016!
The launch of mygarrettcounty.com (or garrettplan.org as it started) has had a tremendous impact on the way our community works together to solve long-standing problems and collaboratively develop measurable strategies to improve health in Garrett County.
To celebrate this incredible achievement and continue to move forward with this next assessment round, we’re launching #SurPRIZEFriday to share our community’s successes, prize-worthy data, and even an occasional randomly-drawn BIG prize!
This week, we’re starting things off with a great prize to celebrate the closing of winter, and the beginning of a blossoming new chapter of community improvement planning and implementation.
