Angel Flight East

Angel Flight East (AFE) provides free air transportation to children and adults in need of medical treatment far from home.  Volunteer pilots use their own airplanes and cover all costs of the flight. The organization covers a 14 state footprint from Virginia to Ohio to Maine and for longer distances, it links up with other volunteer pilot organizations. AFE requires all passengers be medically stable and ambulatory to board a small airplane.
