Ad Hoc Committee on Diabetes 5 years, 6 months agoMountain Laurel Medical Center would choose our DSME (Diabetes Self Management Education) program as a tracking measure. We already track patient successes and report them yearly to the AADE. Our clinical goal for this year is that all patients who complete the 10 class DSME program will lower their fasting blood glucose level 5%.
