On the 3rd Wednesday of the month, the Learning Beyond the Classroom Bus will be at the following locations:
Friendsville Fire Hall – 9:30 – 11:00 AM

The Learning Beyond the Classroom staff is so excited to see everyone on Thursday!! This month every child age birth – 5, in the Garrett County school district will receive a bag full of goodies to include:
Peanut butter
Apples
Macaroni & cheese
Apple craft
Apple learning activity

Learning Beyond the Classroom 4 years, 8 months agoLearning Beyond the Classroom Bus is still on hold for in-person events. However, giveaways which include books, activities/materials, and food started in August. This will continue on the third Thursday of each month through December. In August, 50 bags were distributed to Northern families and 16 bags to Southern families.

Learning Beyond the Classroom 4 years, 10 months agoThe Learning Beyond the Classroom program continues to serve the families of Garrett County through virtual experiences! The bus may be parked but the program continues to offer virtual playgroups that mimic the bus experience to families through the months of June and July! For more information call 301-334-7445.
