My daughter told me to start moving my arm right after I got the shot so it didn’t get as sore. She works in the medical field as well. I moved my arm around a lot the rest of the day my arm did not get sore at all. Yesterday when I helped with the vaccines I was telling them to start moving their arms around right away. As so it hopely didn’t get as sore for them. Thanks for sharing have a blessed day

Sounds like if you do not have an “attending medical provider’ , your SOL ? I have one, but my call to be on their list, is possibly a settle back & hope your realy on it!
