John, it would be really helpful to me if you filled in the data narrative section for the PHLC performance measures. I’m not sure if the counts are cumulative or new and I’m also not sure I know what the difference is between students pledged vs users vs users registered. Also, can you tell me how many new sign ups we had since 9/13 and what the breakdown was between NHS and SHS? No rush, just helpful info that I need in order to understand the measures and to understand what’s working with our PHLC recruitment. Thanks!
