Garrett County had the worst ranking in the state at 42.9 percent. The MD 2017 goal is set at 57.4 percent of the population being served.

Females who had received vaccine 3 doses of HPV by their 13th birthday, CY 14 for Maryland 22.8% which was higher than the nation -
