In today’s meeting we discussed the Maryland State Health improvement Process (SHIP) indicator about adolescent wellness visits.

The measure is defined this way:
This indicator reflects the percentage of adolescents (ages 13-20 years old) enrolled in Medicaid (320+ days) who received at least one well child visit during the past year.

Becky Aiken shared sample health related documents from Power School, the software used within GC Public Schools. I am uploading them so that we can become familiar with the kinds of health related data they are collecting, and to brainstorm other data points we would value if collected.
