Maryland’s Commitment to Veterans cordially invites you to the Service Members, Veterans, and Families (In-Person) May Mental Health Documentary Screening Event: Love After War: Saving Love, Saving Lives. This event is dedicated to addressing the behavioral health needs of the military-connected community. Join us for a thought-provoking film that explores behavioral health approaches to supporting veterans and their partners in overcoming intimacy barriers during the recovery process following combat-related injuries. This is a unique opportunity to engage in an important conversation about the vital roles that love, healing, and resilience play in recovery. Following the screening, you’ll have the chance to participate in a virtual Q&A with Film Director Dr. Mitchell Tepper. Veteran-focused vendors will also be on-site, offering resources and support. Mark your calendars for this important event – we look forward to seeing you there!
