It might help to do food demonstrations with easy recipes. Maybe on WIC’s most busiest day of the week. If they actually try the recipe they may be more apt to try to make it themselves. This may include HE and O?

All pregnant women that are WIC certified need to be introduced to our Lactation Consultants and be given a brief introduction to breastfeeding. We all want to support breastfeeding and increase our breastfeeding rates. This will help to do that.
