SHIP Measure: This indicator shows the percentage of 13 to 20 year olds enrolled in Medicaid that received a wellness visit in the past year. Garrett County had the worst ranking in the state at 42.9 percent. The MD 2017 goal is set at 57.4 percent of the population being served.
