Local Care Team 6 months agoIs there a way to download the referral form? When I open this document, I am routed to Microsoft Word. I cannot use the web version of Microsoft Word. Our system only allows us to view documents we can download unless someone can e-mail it to me. I am about to use Microsoft Word through Outlook only.
