RFP that the Population Health, Innovation & Informatics Unit was awarded in December of 2020. We were able to innovate and create a well-being program, found at gogarrettcounty.com for the county instead of redesigning or adding structure to our Health Planning Council. An emphasis on reducing chronic disease, specifically diabetes is a major focus of the program.
