Making Oral Health a Priority for Older Adults

The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s Office of Oral Health, in partnership with the Maryland Department of Aging, are sponsoring the Making Oral Health a Priority for Older Adults Conference on Friday June 2, 2017.

The Conference will bring in both national and local experts and convene traditional and non-traditional partners to share new clinical and public health information about older adults’ oral health needs. The afternoon will focus on what is happening right here in Maryland in regards to oral health services for older adults with an interactive panel from 6 counties and moderated by the Association for State and Territorial Dental Directors (ASTDD) Healthy Aging Coordinator.

The Office of Oral Health and the Department of Aging are committed to addressing and improving the oral health care needs of older adults. We hope that you can join us on June 2.
