Data Narrative

5/17/2018  Removed quarterly bf stats from this page.  Can be viewed in BF management. 8/16/2018  Caseload Target goal change in July 2018 to 825 participants per month All data elements are from WIC Management Information System (WOW) utilizing Participation and Enrollment reports and Scheduler Reports. 4/1/2019  Measures 11 and 12    On-line education as an option for low risk children and infants became an option beginning in November 2018.  Participants who are eligible opt in to receive secondary nutrition education using the ONE system via app or web based lessons.  Lessons must be completed five days prior to their benefit start date for next benefit cycle.  If completed, notification occurs in WOW and benefits are electronically issued for the next three month cycle.  Participants not completing require staff time to reach out via phone or letter to attempt to ensure they receive benefits for the completion month.   Monitoring successful completion will measure effect on overall caseload and burden of staff time needed to attempt followup. Measure #3  Caseload assignment target goal changed July 1, 2019 to 800 participants per month. Target goal changed July 1, 2022 to 655 participants per month Target Goal changed July 1, 2023 to 670 participants per month Took out online education and duplicated participants on June 3, 2024
