The program is developed and managed by Garrett College in partnership with the Garrett County Department of Economic Development.  The goal is to build a diverse class of about 20 emerging leaders from the non-profit, for-profit and government sectors of the local economy. Members of the leadership class will learn, experience, and bond together over the next seven months and hopefully well into the future.
