A formalized collaborative group, open to the public, designed to bring agencies and community members together on the fourth Thursday of every month at an in-person meeting starting at 8:00 a.m. at the Garrett County Health Department located at 1025 Memorial Drive, Oakland MD 21550. The mission of the Health Planning Council (HPC) is to ensure a high quality effective integrated community care system that is responsive to the needs of the Garrett County people. This Council also serves as an advisory council to the Garrett County Board of Health.
