Coordinated Community Supports Partnership
Public Group active %sThe Coordinated Community Supports Partnership aims to expand access to a wide range of behavioral health services for all public school students to promote a safe and supportive environment.
Coordinated Community Support Partnerships are comprised of Hubs and service providers. The Hub is a partnership of the Garrett and Allegany County Local Behavioral Health Authorities. Service providers will provide behavioral health and related services and supports to students and their families.
Hubs will have three primary responsibilities:
– coordinate service providers
– act as a fiduciary by managing grants from the CHRC and awarding grants to service providers as subgrantees
– collect and report data
