The mission of Garrett County Lighthouse, Inc. is to provide personalized psychiatric rehabilitation and behavioral health services to those individuals in our community who are recovering from severe and persistent mental illness. We aim to provide these services in a thoughtful, compassionate, and empowering manner by promoting community integration, the cultivation of available support and resources, advocating for the clients’ personal growth, and engaging in ethical practices.
