Friendsville Library- Celebrating the Arts

Creative Coloring is the first of Friendsville Library’s Celebrating the Arts programs.  Creative Coloring is for both adults & students as well as younger children.  Take home projects include color your own file folders, note cards, art sheets with special projects for younger children.  Brush tip marker, gel pens & fine line markers are available for use.  Monday February 24 through Saturday March 7.
