March 20th @ 6 P.M. Kitzmiller Lions Club @ Kitzmiller Elementary School will hold annual Shrimp & Cabin Stew dinner. This is a fundraiser for many projects which the Kitzmiller Lions Club does for those in Garrett County and the surrounding area. Thank You.

April the 1st the Oakland-Mtn Lake Park Lions Club and Oakland Elks will be holding a joint fundraiser with The Remedy providing the entertainment from 8 P.M. until Midnight at the Elks Hall in Oakland. Tickets are $10 per person and can be purchased from any Lions member or @ Associated Insurance, Boal & Associates, Helbig Insurance, Clear Mountain Bank or at the Elks.  Tickets at the door will be $15 and doors open at 7 P.M., Cash Bar.  Money raised supports many youth activities in our community.
