The Garrett County Local Care Team (LCT) is comprised of local child-serving agencies dedicated to assisting children and their families who struggle with emotional, educational, behavioral, and/or legal issues through inter-agency discussions and problem solving. Garrett County LCT referrals can be made by agencies or families (self-referrals).
