The Garrett County Local Management Board completed the Community Partnership Agreement Listening Sessions on Friday, March 1. After the final session, the Local Management Board completed a Summary of the ideas shared by the community members on three important questions asked:
What is the story behind the data?
Who are the partners that can make a difference?
What are some ideas, including low-cost and no-cost, that can make a difference?
