On February 9, Mary Van Sickle, Amber King and I met with the Board of Education to present our history, our projects and specifically to discuss Adolescent Mental Health, particularly in relation to the schools. I think we were well-received, there were a number of comments and questions and we were invited back if we should feel the need to address the Board again. Next up: a meeting March 3, with Mark Boucot (CEO of the hospital) and some of his staff to discuss the possibility of help with recruiting behavioral health practitioners to the county. Mary will again be there, as well as Amy Fike from Garrett County Lighthouse.
