Hello!  The HSCRC diabetes measures workgroup has met twice since I asked for feedback. The discussions have been comprehensive with thoughtful in-depth points made from people of various backgrounds. There is still work to be done but it seems as a group we are landing toward measuring diabetes incidence although it does yield some measurement challenges.  Huge thanks to @kmclaughlinMcLaughlin, @emfriend12Friend, @mwiltisonelleWiltison for all the information they provided about services and upcoming plans. We are so fortunate to have dedicated collaborators!!
As things progress I will keep everyone posted.
