The next Local Care Team meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 11th at 10:00 AM at the Garrett County Health Department. The Local Care Team is here to ensure that children/youth and their families with intensive needs, receive the necessary support and resources to live a successful life! Remember that self-referrals are accepted!
