An update on the new shingles vaccine, Shingrix. It is in short supply, so many doctor’s offices do not have it. The health department is waiting for their stock to arrive. The manufacturer will not give us a ship date yet: it could be several more weeks. Persons wanting Shingrix can call the health department at 301 334-7770 to be placed on a waiting list for a phone call when we receive our stock!
