Garett County received pilot funding to demonstrate a solution to Medical Assistance Transportation in rural communities. Most of Maryland’s rural communities are facing a sever reduction of MATP funding due to Federal MA rules. Our pilot demonstration will be during FY 2019. If the pilot goes well there should be no interruption in service. Special thanks go to Secretary Neall, Senator Edwards, Delegate Beitzel and the Maryland legislature.
