In Garrett County 16.5% of high school youth have taken a prescription drug that was not prescribed to them.
Where did they get it from?
Nearly 60% of them took it from a family member or friend.
Please do your part to help keep the community safe. Please properly dispose of unwanted and expired medications.

Three permanent drop boxes are located at Oakland City Hall,Garrett County Sheriff’s office and Maryland State Police Barrack in McHenry.
