To ensure access to health care services through enrollment of all eligible pregnant women, children, and adults whose income makes them eligible.

Strategy Description:

The Garrett County Health Department's (GCHD) Maryland Children's Health Program (MCHP), Eligibility Determination Unit provides eligibility determinations for the Maryland Children Health insurance coverage per the Maryland Medical Assistance Program (Medicaid) Monthly Income and Asset Guidelines.
