Goal:
Establish and strengthen collaboration among communities, public and private non-profit agencies, as well as federal, state, and local to support the efforts of community coalitions working to prevent and reduce substance abuse among youth.
Strategy Description:
Increase community recognition and awarenesws of DFCC.
Cultivate champions and a base of supporters.
Improve coalition sustainability through new approaches to resource development.
