Goal:
To improve early detection and prevention of cancer within the Garrett County community by increasing awareness, accessibility, and participation in regular skin and colorectal cancer screenings, leading to better health outcomes and reduced cancer-related mortality.
Strategy Description:
CPEST Program will offer cancer screening services for skin and colorectal cancers, with hopes of introducing lung cancer screening services in the near future. Program information and education will be promoted by Garrett County Health Department Outreach Program in the community and to local health care providers.
