Data Narrative
Our new community wellbeing program, Gogarrettcouty.com funded by the Maryland Community Health Resources Commission has a special emphasis on chronic diseases, including diabetes. At the start of the collaborative program, official public launch in January 2021, we have two established diabetes programs. Both are listed here and will be reporting the number of referrals from the influence of gogarrettcounty.com and any marketing efforts produced.
