Meeting Notes 3.2.23 SPINE YEAR 2

Follow-up from Willie’s HPC presentation

1. Nonprofit Creation – utilizing planning doc for by-laws, naming the nonprofit, and seeking legal consultation.  March 14th, Initial Meeting with a broad group of stakeholders.

2. Volunteer Coordination- Melissa hasn’t had any response from email; she will try calling to see if people can come to the meeting on March 31st.

3. Marketing/Promotion – Shelley secured a partnership with Southern Garrett High School’s Food program. Videos will be submitted March-May.  Seeking local farmers that want to do a short segment of introduction so the foods can be utilized in the videos.

4. Inclusion Coordinator- Nothing has moved at the State level. Willie will keep checking
