Maternal Smoking leads to poor health outcomes for both the mother and her unborn baby, infant, and/or child. In an effort to improve maternal and infant/child health outcomes Early Care Programs provides support, education, and resource linkage to families that are enrolled in home visiting services on a variety of topics, including risks associated with smoking and smoking cessation.
