Youth from Kitzmiller and Oakland, along with volunteers and their community outreach workers, participated in Sticker Shock on December 28, 2016. The groups went to four local business that sell alcohol and placed stickers on beer boxes that state “It is Illegal To: Purchase or provide alcohol for a minor and Use a fake ID to purchase alcohol”. The four local business that participated are: Swanton Grocery, Cornerstone Grocery (formally Curt’s Corner), Midway Liquor and BFS on 135.
